First: helps us exhaling and eliminating the heaviness from the body, clears all body from head to sole of the foot.

Second: helps us inhaling and getting new, universal energy into the body.

Third: help for all organs and relieve of daily stress and nervousness.

Fourth: helps to clear out any kind of accumulations in our body and is an inhale mudra.

Fifth: is a rejuvenating and reenergizing mudra for the whole body. Apply this mudra any time you feel tired or have an attitude.

Sixth: the first aid for lack of breath mudra! Use it at any time when you feel constraint in your breath (maybe during exercising or hiking on top of a mountain), or if you work with an asthma project this might be your daily helper.

Seventh: on the emotional outlook this mudra would be the “Let Go” mudra. Let go of stress, tensions, of everything you are bothered with.
The physical aspect of it: this mudra helps your digestive system.

Eighth: helps any spine or back discomfort, or project your are dealing with, releases lower back pain. Helps you to receive “the breath of life”.
